Wednesday, February 17th, 2010 at 8:15 am is when the madness started for us! The madness being the setup portion of this week's Omaha Home and Garden Expo. Vendors are allowed to begin setting up their displays Wednesday at 8:00 am and the displays must be complete by Thursday afternoon in preparation for the opening ceremonies that evening. The average consumer has no idea the controlled chaos that goes into setting up for an event of this magnitude. Bobcats, skidloaders, trailers, commercial trucks, and even an occasional tractor trailer are necessary to bring this event together, all needing to work in unison to keep order in the Qwest Center.
For those of you attending the Omaha Home and Garden Expo this week, it is a great event. There are more vendors at this show than you can hope to talk to, and the majority of them are experts in their field. We would like to thank you in advance for stopping by our booth to say "hello" and to learn a little more about our product line.
